The fine print
The final decision on the path you will start on (authorized or bronze tier) is subject to our program and regional needs.
As part of monday.com’s Sales & Partners (S&P) program - optimizing how monday.com sales teams and partners work together on opportunities - Bronze partners and above can earn commission as follows:
- Co-sell: partners will get a recurring commission per the applicable commission model and according to their tier.
- Influ-sell: partners will only get a one-time commission payment per the applicable commission model and according to their tier for the deal they were involved in closing.
- Influ-sell: partners will only get a one-time commission payment per the applicable commission model and according to their tier for the deal they were involved in closing.
- Fulfillment: partners will only get a one-time commission for the deal they were involved in closing, which will be the lowest between 5% of the deal value / $10K (minimum $1K commission payment).

- Participation in the Solution Partner Program is subject to execution of either the Authorized (previously referral) Program Terms and Conditions or Channel Partner Program Terms and Conditions(together the Partner Terms) and is subject to the terms and conditions therein. In the event of any conflict between any provision herein or elsewhere and the Partner Terms, the terms of the Partner Terms shall prevail. The Partner Terms may be subject to changes as determined by monday.com.
- Antibribery and security requirements: Participation in our Solution Partner Program, including maintaining your tier position, is subject to completing all antibribery and security compliance lessons and exams as required by monday.com, and as may be updated from time to time.
Certifications: Solution Partners across all tiers and available paths need to attain the required product and role-based certifications to achieve a new status (e.g. progress to a higher tier, gain the ADP badge, or become a product specialist) or maintain their existing status (e.g. avoid a tier downgrade or losing your ADP or product specialist badge). Certifications are non-transferable between partner personnel and must be renewed annually. Adding certified members to your team will help you grow your revenue from monday.com, improve your status, and unlock new opportunities over time.
CSAT: Customer satisfaction is a key element for expansion and retention. Your CSAT score will give you a clear indication of where you stand and where you can improve. The scoring methodology is based on a system of periodical email and telephone surveys conducted throughout the customer lifecycle, measuring the customer’s pre-sales, sales, onboarding, and ongoing experience with the partner. CSAT scores will be updated on a bi-annual basis, but feedback will be shared frequently to help you improve.
Professional Services CSAT: This is a key element for mutual growth and success. Your PS CSAT score will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of your professional services delivered to monday.com customers. The scoring methodology is based on surveys sent at the end of the delivery to assess customer satisfaction with the quality and delivery of your services, including implementation, training programs, data migration, custom development, and more. PS CSAT scores will be updated regularly, and feedback will be shared frequently to help you improve your service offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
GDR (Gross Dollar Retention): GDR is a key metric that we track and report on as a company. It represents the percentage of revenue retained from existing customers over a specific period of time (measured over a full year on a quarterly basis), before accounting for any account expansion. A high GDR indicates that a company is successful in retaining its existing customer base and minimizing churn or contraction, which is essential for long-term stability and predictable growth. Your GDR demonstrates how effectively you maintain revenue from your current accounts before any upsell or cross-sell activity. This will only be measured for accounts on a yearly plan and with at least $7K ARR.
The claiming of ARR (for ARR attainment) for a Qualified Purchase by a monday.com Sourced Lead will be attributable to a Partner only if such Partner claimed the transaction underlying the Qualified Purchase within a period of six months from the effective date of such transaction. Failure to claim the ARR within such a time frame will not affect the Partner’s right to receive the respective Commission relating to such Qualified Purchase.
